UViGlo GLOSS is a UV-curable mirror-finish, roller applicator-applied coating. UViGlo GLOSS cures to a clear, water-white, glossy finish due to Kerley's exclusive use of our non-yellowing Exocure BPW photoinitiator package. Cure is instant and hard enough to be scuff-resistant.

UViGlo GLOSS coating cures to a very tough, flexible film and can be used for a variety of applications such as brochures, catalogs and folding cartons. Adding 1-3% percent of Kerley's Exocure BPW liquid photoinitator enables UViGlo GLOSS to be used as a wax-free high speed web offset coating as well.

UViGlo GLOSS coating requires the use of an absorbent substrate like paper or board stocks, a primer coat, or a surface treatment to increase surface energy on non-absorbent substrates (ie: plastic) in order to ensure excellent adhesion.

Hot foil stamping will adhere to UViGlo GLOSS coating.

UViGlo GLOSS coating is produced ITX-free. Contains Benzophenone.
