ErgaFlex™ is a UV-cure flexographic ink series was created for tag & label printing which is compatible with paper, paperboard, film, tag & label substrates. ErgaFlex™ MP 1000 & PC 1000 series UV-cure flexo inks are primarily intended for use with fine-screen Anilox rollers in the 900-1200 LPI (0.9-1.3 BCMs) range. Kerley Ink has designed ErgaFlex™ inks to be very stable in-fountain, so press operators will spend less time checking and adjusting inks. ErgaFlex™ is relatively free of mineral fillers like clay extenders, so color strength and print fidelity are optimized. Scuff resistance and holdout is usually excellent, and ErgaFlex™ inks will often pass tape pull tests where other brands will not.
