Labelite™  is our family of water-based flexographic ink series for printing on tag & label substrates. Labelite water-base flexo ink is primarily intended for use with fine-screen Anilox rollers in the 800-1200 lpi range. Use Labelite™ for tag & label printing. Kerley Ink has designed Labelite™ inks to be considerably more stable in-fountain than the majority of water-based flexo inks the market, so press operators will spend less time checking and adjusting ink to concentrate on printing product. Labelite is relatively free of mineral fillers like clay extenders, so color strength and print fidelity are optimized. Scuff resistance and holdout is usually excellent, and Labelite inks will often pass tape pull tests where other brands will not.
