Web News 3 EC Black is primarily petroleum-based, featuring heavily hydrotreated near medical-grade mineral oil for very low odor and toxicity. Web News 3 EC Black is compatible with either neutral or mild acid fountain solutions, giving excellent results at startup.  Excellent control over ink/water balance. Super-low VOC's.
