VersaBase™ 1032 Alkali Blue

VersaBase™ 1032 Alkali Blue is a multi-purpose dispersion of Alkali Blue (Reflex Blue) pigment in a universal vehicle for paste inks. VersaBase™ 1032 Alkali Blue can be used alone for making many types of Reflex Blue inks such as Quickset/Sheetfed Lithographic, Heatset Web Offset, Business Forms, and Newsinks.

Typically used to make Reflex Blue inks or used as a toner in black inks to improve their blueness of shade, 25% to 38% of VersaBase™ 1032 Alkali Blue by total formula weight is considered a normal loading for most paste ink formulas. As a toner, used 2%-10% of VersaBase™ 1032 Alkali Blue to tone black inks.
