Thermasoy Vehicle LT is a soy oil-based gel vehicle designed to be used as a main vehicle in heatset ink formulations for the purpose of making soy-based heatset inks with low VOC content and high bio/renewables content.

Thermasoy Vehicle LTis 83% solids, so you can also use it to reduce VOC content in your current heatset ink formulas. ThermaSoy Vehicle LT is a high-vscosity, high-gel structure vehicle and is best used to retain viscosity and gel structure in web offset inks with a tack below 10 points @ 1200 RPM. For higher tack inks, incorporate ThermaSoy Vehicle ULEV, which is a more free-flowing gel version of this product. Bio/Renewables content of ThermaSoy LT is approximatey 40%. 

Thermasoy Vehicle LT contains approximately 24% Soy Oil, which also makes it suitable for any type of no heat web offset ink, especially if the ink is to be used on any absorbent stock.
