SoyaSpersion™ 9236 Orange 34

A very large range of pigment dispersions is made by Kerley Ink Above, rubine red pigment  is being milled. We have what you are looking for in colorants for many different inks...

SoyaSpersion 9236 Orange 34 is a multi-purpose dispersion of 36% Pyrazolone Orange (Orange 34) pigment in a near-zero VOC, bio-based litho vehicle for paste inks. SoyaSpersion  9236 Orange 34 can be used alone for making many types of strong, transparent orange inks such as Quickset/Sheetfed Lithographic, low-VOC Heatset Web Offset, Business Forms, and Newsinks. Orange 34 is the most commonly used pigment for making orange mixing bases.

Additionally, the high solids content of SoyaSpersion pigment preparations permit their use for high adhesion lithographic inks intended for printing on plastic film and metal. Metallic driers such as cobalt, manganese, zirconium and cerium are particularly effective when used with SoyaSpersion products.

Typically used to make very deep, slightly more transparent Orange inks than is possible with Orange 13 or with mixes of red and yellow inks, 35% to 55% of SoyaSpersion 9236 Orange 34 by total formula weight is considered a normal loading for most paste ink formulas.
