Radion Vehicle MDEC is a high-tack, free flowing 100% acrylate-based letdown vehicle for UV- and EB-cured offset inks where film adhesion, toughness and flexibility are important. Radion Vehicle MDEC is truly a "universal" Energy-curable Vehicle: use it for grinding pigments, as a letdown vehicle for offset litho metal- and film-substrate inks, and wherever high adhesion and flexibility is required.

Radion Vehicle MDEC cures to a somewhat soft, flexible film immediately after energy exposure, so it is highly recommended to use Radion Vehicle in combination with an Epoxy-based co-Vehicle if higher film integrity, better solvent resistance and more scuff resistance is required. Radion Vehicle MDEC is especially  recommended for use in 3-piece litho metal decorating inks.
