Omnisperse ECO is our 100% solids dispersion vehicle that can be used to grind as much as 45% pigment into a pigment predispersion suitable for making most types of offset inks, including heatset, business forms, quickset and high-quality newsinks.

 

Omnisperse ECO gets its superior pigment-wetting characteristics from controlled selection of low acid number resins and alkyd resins to give good dispersion characteristics without compromising ink/water balance. High melt point phenolic resin is also employed to give very rapid setting characteristics to inks made using Omnisperse.

Omnisperse ECO contains 64% bio/renewable ingredients.

Omnisperse ECO also exhibits very low color, so delicate shades can be obtained easily with Omnisperse ECO. Omnisperse ECO can be used to make "dry grinds" of pigments to be used for both quickset and heatset inks.
