A very large range of pigment dispersions is made by Kerley Ink Above, rubine red pigment  is being milled. We have what you are looking for in colorants for many different inks...

SoyaSpersion™ 1233 Alkali Blue is a multi-purpose dispersion of Alkali Blue (Reflex Blue) pigment in a near-zero VOC, bio-based litho vehicle for paste inks. SoyaSpersion™ 1233 Alkali Blue can be used alone for making many types of Reflex Blue inks such as Quickset/Sheetfed Lithographic, low-VOC Heatset Web Offset, Business Forms, and Newsinks. Additionally, the high solids content of SoyaSpersion pigment preparations permit their use for high adhesion lithographic inks intended for printing on plastic film and metal. Metallic driers such as cobalt, manganese, zirconium and cerium are particularly effective when used with SoyaSpersion products.

Typically used to make Reflex Blue inks or used as a toner in black inks to improve their blueness of shade, 25% to 38% of SoyaSpersion™ 1233 Alkali Blue by total formula weight is considered a normal loading for most paste ink formulas. As a toner, used 2%-10% of SoyaSpersion™ 1233 Alkali Blue to tone black inks
