SoyaSpersion™ 7237 Methyl Violet

A very large range of pigment dispersions is made by Kerley Ink Above, rubine red pigment  is being milled. We have what you are looking for in colorants for many different inks...

SoyaSpersion 7237 Methyl Violet is a multi-purpose dispersion of 37% PTMA Methyl Violet (Phospho-Molybdic Acid Salt of Violet 3) pigment in a near-zero VOC, bio-based litho vehicle for paste inks. SoyaSpersion 7237 Methyl Violet can be used alone for making many types of strong, violet inks such as Quickset/Sheetfed Lithographic, low-VOC Heatset Web Offset, Business Forms, and Newsinks.

Additionally, the high solids content of SoyaSpersion pigment preparations permit their use for high adhesion lithographic inks intended for printing on plastic film and metal. Metallic driers such as cobalt, manganese, zirconium and cerium are particularly effective when used with SoyaSpersion products.

Typically used to make mixing Violet inks, 30% to 55% of SoyaSpersion 7237 Methyl Violet by total formula weight is considered a normal loading for most paste ink formulas.
