Formsmaster Extender HYPERGEL is a thicker, shorter-flow version of our classic Formsmaster Extender. Formsmaster Extender HYPERGEL can be used as a letdown vehicle that can be mixed with flush or pigment dispersion to make a press-ready ink for business forms presses or for any uncoated stock coldset web offset application requiring high tack and high viscosity coldset web ink.

Formsmaster Extender HYPERGEL is used in the manufacture of economical, petroleum oil-based non-laser compatible business forms inks. Formsmaster Extender HYPERGEL has 95% solids and makes excellent low-cost low-VOC forms inks with great ink flow in the fountain. It is used as an excellent letdown vehicle for making all kinds of no heat web inks such as forms inks when combined with just about any type of flush.

Formsmaster Extender has a short-flow, heavier gel consistency. To use a more free-flowing soy forms extender, please see Formsmaster Extender.
Formsmaster Extender HYPERGEL is not recommended for use in making laser-compatible forms inks. Please use Formsmaster Extender ECON LZR for laser inks.
