HSY 2000 is a multi-purpose dispersion of Process Yellow (AAA Diarylide Yellow) pigment in a universal vehicle for paste inks.  HSY 2000 can be used alone for making many types of Process Yellow inks such as Quickset/Sheetfed Lithographic, Heatset Web Offset, Business Forms, and Newsinks. 

Typically used to make Process Yellow inks, 28 to 38% of HSY 2000 by total formula weight is considered normal for most paste ink formulas. This flush should not be used when lightfastness, colorfastness, or chemical resistance is critical, such as outdoor poster inks, or bake-on inks.
